One mark per card, at a fixed size — a run of three is the same length in
every row and in every round. On the number rows the bold figure is what can
still come out of the draw pile; modifiers and action cards have so few
copies that the marks alone say it (hover for the exact split).
Discarded is last round's and earlier — that is what gets shuffled
back in when the pile runs dry. Cards out this round, whether held by
somebody or already spent, do not join it until the round ends, so a
reshuffle mid-round will not bring them back.
